WCBC Bible Camp is hosted by Southern Hills and Concord Road Church of Christ. It is at beautiful Western Kentucky Youth Camp near Paducah, Ky from May 28- June 2, 2023. Please fill out the form to register for camp.

Please check the following activities if your child is allowed to participate. IF NOT, then DO NOT check them!!!!

ALL Medication MUST be handed in to the nurse upon arrival to camp.

Please provide us with a copy of your medical insurance card prior to leaving for camp. Your child will not be registered until we have payment and a copy of your insurance card.

It is our desire to provide your camper with the most wonderful and spiritually uplifting camp experience possible. In order to do that, we need to have open lines of communication

It is understood that all campers will abide by the rules of the Williamson County Bible Camp and Camp Hy-Lake. If any camper does not, the privi- leges of those participating in the camp activities will be taken away.

In the case of a very serious violation, the parents will be contacted to pick the camper up from the premises.

In case of emergency, I understand every effort will be made to contact parents / guardians of the camper. In the event that the said applicant becomes seriously ill or is injured while a camper or worker at WCBC

Then the director or other authorized personnel has our (my) permission to cause to transport applicant to any hospital, emergency room or physician’s office, and I further authorize any qualified medical professional

physician to administer treatment or surgery.

With my permission given to any hospital or doctor to treat said applicant with whatever treatment necessary, I also agree to assume the responsibility for any expenses involved in these emergency procedures.

We ask that you check yes or no to accept these terms, and we require that a signed waiver, a copy of insurance card, and payment be turned in prior to camp.

Failure to check yes or to provide the necessary items will result in your camper be denied the opportunity to attend WCBC

Have you ever pleaded guilty to, or been convicted of, a criminal offense?

Our annual Spring Retreat will be held in Gatlinburg, TN on May 5-7, 2023. The cost is $150 per person and includes lodging, t-shirt, materials, activities, breakfast Saturday and Sunday morning, and dinner Saturday evening. In order to register, please fill out the form and make checks payable to Southern Hills Church of Christ. Remit checks to Andy or Jennifer Miller to complete your registration process.
