Today in Music Makers, we sang and moved to One Elephant Went Out to Play; Eyes, Ears and Elbows; Do Your Ears Hang Low. We moved train arms to Engine Number 9. We had a great time shaking our egg shakers to the Egg Shaking Song and Shake Your Egg and Follow Me (by Nancy Stewart-- You really should check her out!). In some classes we had time for Nancy's Going to the Pumpkin Farm. In the older classes, we listened to Edward Elgar's Pomp and Circumstance. We talked about the part of the music that is played at almost all graduations. I told them how that song and the Sorcerer's Apprentice from last week are both a part of Fantasia 2000. I highly recommend checking it out too.
