Letter P
For Letter P, first we practiced our program songs, Next, we picked from several songs like Polly Put the Kettle On, Peter Hammers, Pop Goes the Weasel, Pat-a-Cake, and Pease Porridge Hot. One of our favorites was singing and learning about penguins in Doin' the Penguin Waddlin' Walk. If you see pictures of children huddling together, or laying on the floor, it is probably that song. A few classes also spent a little time listening to Prelude #15, a piano piece by Chopin.
